Internship Plan
This document presents the summary and accomplishments of my 4-week internship at AXP Agriventures Inc., a company involved in shrimp aquaculture. Assigned under the Finance Department, I worked on financial data analysis, incentive design for pond workers, and benchmarking of pond and staff performance using Excel tools and Xero. My tasks bridged both quantitative and operational insights in the aquaculture industry.
